George Earle is the president of GCI Incorporated which provides strategic and business advisory services primarily to manufacturing companies. From 2007 through 2015, George led various companies of Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC), a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. He was the President and General Manager of Fatigue Technology Inc., an aerospace supplier in Seattle, WA during 2014. Previously, in 2011, George was promoted to group vice president of the Engineered & Industrial Products Group (EIPG) under the SPS Fasteners Division of PCC where he was responsible for four U.S. companies and one in Brazil, each operating in a different market. However, he also continued as the President of Environment One (E/One) during that period, a position that he had held since 2007. E/One is located in Niskayuna, NY.
Prior to his roles in executive leadership, Earle had 25 years of engineering experience in a variety of industries including aerospace, robotics, automation, advanced composites, wastewater, and power generation; he currently holds 11 U.S. patents. George holds both a B.S. and M.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
